About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales & Business Development Lead (IT & Digital) to spearhead our growth initiatives in the IT and digital technology sectors. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, leading strategic pursuits, and driving revenue growth through innovative, technology-driven solutions. In this role, you will lead the entire business development cycle from opportunity identification and pipeline creation to proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure. You will collaborate closely with internal delivery teams, external vendors, and strategic partners to craft integrated solutions that align with client needs and long-term goals. This is a senior-level leadership role that requires a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of enterprise IT and digital technologies, and the ability to influence at the executive level.

What we will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in IT, digital, and emerging technology business development
  • Proven track record in end-to-end business development, from opportunity creation to deal closure
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT, digital transformation, cloud, data analytics, and AI solutions
  • Expertise in building go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and long-term client relationships
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging with partners and vendors
  • Skilled in sales governance, pipeline reporting, forecasting, and risk management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
  • Arabic speaking is a plus
