Sales Engineer – O&M (Hard Services)
About the Role
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities for the company’s O&M services, including electrical systems, MEP works, motors, low current systems, and testing & commissioning services. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, energetic, and able to perform efficiently under pressure while managing client relationships through a structured CRM system.
What we will need
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hard services (Electrical, MEP, Motors, Low Current) and testing & commissioning solutions.
- Develop and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams for accurate project scoping and solution development.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote company services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain updated sales records, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
3–5 years of experience in sales within O&M, facilities management, or engineering services.
Strong technical understanding of hard services and testing & commissioning works.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM software.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Valid driving license preferred.
