About the Role
We're Hiring — QHSE Manager (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) 📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia alsadara is looking for a QHSE Manager to lead our QHSE department and drive a strong culture of safety and compliance across our projects. Responsibilities • Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with client requirements (SEC, Aramco, etc.) and Saudi regulations • Conduct site safety audits and inspections • Lead incident investigations and corrective actions • Prepare QHSE reports for management • Train staff on safety awareness
What we Need
• Saudi National only
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in QHSE management
• Experience in electrical, construction or industrial sectors preferred
• NEBOSH / OSHA / ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001) a plus
• Strong knowledge of Saudi safety regulations and labor law
• Good English and reporting skills
