Quality Engineer

The roles and responsibilities are as below:

1. Develop and implement quality control systems, processes, and procedures to ensure product/service quality.
2. Analyze and optimize manufacturing or service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
3. Develop and maintain quality manuals, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
4. Provide training and guidance to production, operations, and other teams on quality principles and practices.
5. Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
